From a three-person consultancy to a product company
Aaganera started in 2014 in a small shared office, when three engineers who had spent years patching together brittle internal tools at larger firms decided they could do better. They had watched good companies get held back by clunky spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and software that broke the moment it was asked to scale — and they set out to build the opposite: dependable, well-engineered software that teams could actually trust.
What began as a small custom development shop, building bespoke applications for early clients one project at a time, grew steadily as our reputation for careful engineering and honest delivery spread. Within a few years we were running full product squads, not just project teams, and clients kept asking us to solve the same operational problems — recruiting and HR — again and again.
That pattern recognition became our first products. AIRS launched to fix broken hiring pipelines, and HRish followed to unify scattered HR processes into one platform. Today Aaganera is both a product company and a trusted engineering partner — still run by people who'd rather ship something excellent than something merely finished.
